This renovation was architecturally designed by Bourne & Blue Architecture. It entailed an extension on an existing dwelling of an extra bedroom/study, new laundry, kitchen, and dining and lounge area with a paved pergola area at the rear. It also entailed a refurbishment of some of the existing rooms and a new Ensuite. This build was undertaken in 6 months. As with most renovations it entailed blending ‘old with new’ with a smooth and seamless transition. Some of the standout features of this project for us were the beautiful frameless glass windows in the gables at either end of the lounge/kitchen extension, and the bold timber framework of the rear pergola.
